We have a new supplier for the G5 transformers since last December and some customers wonder why and there are some rumors going on. So I tell you what happened:
On the pictures on the left side you see the last shipment of G5 transformers. Yes, we got them that way. We did not change anything, we just opened the top of the parcel. Is this OK ? I don't think so and in my opinion all transformers must get hi pot tested again to make sure that the leads are the coils are not damages. Selling these transformers without testing is not serious because some leads are shopworn, the transformers are scratched, the holders are bended etc. They might work, they might not work. If I would be a customer I don't want to get such a transformer so on the other side I don't have to sell them too. OK, sh.. can happen so we informed the supplier 22nd. Nov. 20122 by email. The eMail was received and read 23rd. Nov. 2012 at 8:55 but... nothing happened. We have send a email again 26th Nov, 2012 and this time... nothing happened. No answer. No reply. By that time there some customers were already waiting for the G5 transformers because they were sold out so we ordered the transformers from an other supplier who managed to deliver the transformers in time before Christmas and in perfect packing and quality. Just the way it should be ! A few days ago from now at the 9th Jan 2013 we finally got an email from the "old" manufacture and they wrote that they have send us an email 11th December, but we never got it. Even if we would have received the email it would still not be very fast. 14 days after we complained about the transport is not OK. We have informed the "old" supplier that the transformers are in our stock and that they can collect them for testing and inspection or what ever. We also informed them that we don't want the transformers back again and that we have a new supplier now for the transformers who delivers better quality and answers emails in time. This email was send at the 10th Jan 2013... and no reply yet. That's it. These are the facts.
The first batch of the PoS100 kit is allready sold out ! The next batch will be available ca. 29.05.2013.
