If you order more than one powertube per type/manufactor we ship them out matched, while not noted otherwise

6. I want to buy matched preamp tubes. Can you supply them ?
Most of the time it make no sense to use "matched preamp" tubes and we do not carry such tubes. We can matche preamp tubes of course but in this case we need further informations about which values the tubes should be matched (like Ip, Gm, Resistance, Gain etc.).

7. I want to place an order but the shop ask me for a VAT-ID but I don't have one. What can I do ?
If you are not a businessman you will not have a VAT-ID. In this case just leave the field blank and go on with the order.

1. Do I have to adjust the bias after I replaced the power tubes ?
Yes, it is recommend it to check the bias and adjust it - if possible. For more infosa bout how to do this please see see our latest “TT Bias-Adjustment Info”.
If unsure always contact your tech !

2. Do I have to adjust the bias after I replaced the preamp tubes ?
No. There is no need and no way to adjust the bias for the preamp tubes.

4. What is the meaning of the codes written on the tube boxes ?
All powertubes which you get from us are matched and selected. The numbers of the tube boxes are needed for the matchung process. If you got a broken tube and need a replacement tube just let us know the Ip and Gm numbers so we are able to send you a new tube which wil fit to the set that you got already (only possible with TT-Matched tubes.) These numbers and codes have no meaning for the bias adjustment process in your amp !
