To guarantee quick processing, please make sure the order information is complete, and that the delivery address and the payment and delivery methods are complete and accurate.

Confirmation of your order will be sent by e-mail or FAX. Please check the confirmation to ensure that the information is correct and complete.

Commercial customers should include their Ust (VAT) ID, so that a valid invoice can be issued. For foreign commercial customers, a valid VAT ID must be supplied before a net delivery can be made.

We deliver world-wide with the German Post, DHL, or DPD, and choose the most economical and fastest service at the time of order entry, unless a delivery service is specified for the order.

For larger orders, the delivery can also be made by a transport company or an alternative delivery service.

Payment methods include prepaid, bank account debit (Germany only), or credit card and PayPal. For
prepaid orders, delivery will be made when the payment has been booked upon our accunt.
