Jim HP
Die H(igh)P(ower) Version des Jims wird mit einer EL34 statt mit einer EL84 betrieben und bietet ein wenig mehr Leistung als der LoW Jim. Optional können auch andere Endröhren wie 6L6, 6V6, 6CA7 oder KT77 verwendet werden, wobei eine Anpassung der Kathoden-Widerstände möglicherweise notwendig wird.
Aufgebaut wird der Jim HP im großen 030er TT-Chassis und um einen störungsfreien Betrieb zu ermöglichen kommt zudem eine Drossel in der Spannungsversorgung zum Einsatz (siehe Hinweis im Layoutplan). Da wir schon das große Chassis verwenden müssen, kann bei dieser Version zusätzlich noch ein FX-Loop installiert werden (siehe Layoutplan). Alles andere ist wie beim LoW Jim auch: viel Spaß beim Spiel!

The H(igh) P(ower) version of the Jim uses the EL34 instead of the EL84 as power tube and offers a bit more output power than the LoW Jim. The use of other output tubes like 6V6, 6L6, 6CA7 or KT77 is also possible but it may be needed to adjust the cathode resistors accordingly.
The Jim HP gets build in the wider TT chassis 030 and an additional choke is included in the kit to get better hum reduction (check the hints in the layout). Since the wider chassis is used the opportunity arises to implement the fx-loop (for implementation hints check the layout) as an optional addition. Everything else stays the same as with the LoW Jim: much fun to play!
