If you order speakers together with this cabinet then we do NOT install the loudspeakers, but deliver them in an additional parcel, because the cabinet becomes too heavy for transport which increases the likelihood of damage.
REX Series
The REX Series is a universal and versatile platform for countless speaker/cab combinations. The cabinets’ relatively large volume works exceedingly well with the vast majority of guitar speakers available today.A carefully selected and balanced combination of poplar and birchwood provides a broad soundstage and strong projection, tight but vibrant bass reproduction, a robust midrange and sweet highs, and an ideal ratio of large cabinet volume and surprisingly low weight.
While the REX Series cabinets deliver excellent results in a wide variety of musical styles, they have found particular favor with rock and heavy metal players. Yet they are just as suitable for jazz and blues, as proven on countless occasions.
Optionen
We offer a wide varaity of options for most of the speaker cabs that we build. The customer can choose from this options to adjust the speaker cab to his or her own needs and ideas.
Back-PanelsIn addition to the size of a speaker cabinet, the "back" has a very big influence on the sound of a speaker cab.

Options for the front side
The difference between a "Standard front" and a "XL-Front" is purely optical, and does not effect the sound. With a slanted mounted baffle the "Monitor"- effect is much higher than with a straight mounted baffle, because the sound is more radiated toward the musician.

Piping, once as decorative piping and once as piping around the front. Again, the use of piping has optical reasons, but no effect on the sound.

The British Series
The birch plywood used for our British Series is extremely tough, and has a much higher density and stiffness than poplar or basswood. Birch cabinets therefore tend to deliver a clear and defined bass response, asthe cabinet walls themselves do not vibrate as much as walls made from other kinds of wood, yet still won’t sound “dead” – as is often the case in MDF speaker enclosures – but retain a certain “liveliness”.
Other advantages are high stability, ruggedness and reliability, making them perfect for use on the road. In addition, these cabinets handle far more power than similarly-sized cabs made of softer materials. The trade-off, of course, is higher weight. But for real Brits, nothing but birchwood will do.
Two lines of British Series cabinets are available. The first comprises standard sizes with freely configurable exterior design options (Tolex, grillcloth, hardware, etc.). The second variant, the CS line, also allows you to specify the size of the cabinet within certain technical limits.
